Well I bought an vLSD for a really good price out of a Q45 or J30 i can't remember. I know it will fit with replacement with the axels but what do I do about it being ABS. I realized that it is longer than the Non-ABS rear diff. Does anyone know of an easy solution. It would be really rad ass if someone did.

you'd need a driveshaft out of an ABS equipped 240sx.

well I guess when you put it as easy as that I feel really stupid for not seeing the answer. I just thought that because it was out of something different it wouldnt be that simple. Now I just have to find one.

Thanks a lot.

the other option is having yours shortened or a custom one built by a driveshaft shop.

And a 3rd option is to swap the internals.

I thought abot that but I read someplace that the diff is set up a little diferent. As far as how the ring gear bolts up. I might be wrong I am going to have to tear into it.

I think the ring and pinion is different too... just unbolt the ring gears from your lsds (the actual LSD part inside) and swap.

thought with a J30 going into an s13; you just switched internals-kept the same pumplin-just needed proper axels (6bolt vs. 5bolt). didnt realize the driveshaft could be off.
