Does anybody have any info about this motor other than it came in hardbody pickups and nissan caravans in japan and a few other markets besides the US?

i've never heard of a KA20 in a hardbody? to my knowledge they only came with the Z24 and the KA24E's in the US market. the KA20 was a japan-only engine like the SR and probably not worth the trouble to import seeing as you'd not likely ever find parts for it.

find an FJ20DET cam over bucket and iron block

i think nissan built some for izuzu(sp) delivery trucks too.
i know it make like 129hp at 5800rpm or some low crap. it must be durable if it goes into vans and trucks.
