• Congrats to Patrick Haire!

1st place at yesterday's Traction Option/SCCA drift event! He was fucking killing the entry into the M's all day long, I've never seen driving that smooth.

I finished up 2nd and Struka finished 3rd for a Nashville 1-2-3 over the Memphis guys. I'm still in shock from 2nd place, I didn't think I could beat Struka b/c he's a much better drifter than I for sure.

Thanks to Tony Schultz for coming out and helping out with the Judging and some instructing, I know I learned a few things I need to improve driver wise.

Marlow and Mike Balek took some shots thru the day, so hopefully once Marlow gets up and back to Auburn he'll get them edited.

The event was a blast! Patrick was laying it down all day, very consistent and fully commited runs... great job on 1st place! Roadcourse events are usually more awesome than lots, this was no exception. Despite being slower than a typical Southern Fried layout, it was way worth the 6 hour drive to Memphis. It was sort of like Ocala, but with friendlier run-off and slight elevation changes. Next time you other ATL guys should go up so they can actually give out the MONIES! Oh, and have fun too.
