good for you .... I quit around 6-7 months ago and smoked for 11 years, so it can be done. They say if you can make it past 7 days you can stop all together. Keep it up! :thumbs up:

as dumb as it might sound, i read this book called "the easy way to stop smoking". i think the main selling point was that it said "DO NOT cut back until you finish the book". pretty good read, not like most of the stop because its bad for you. i mean its not like smokers don't know its bad for them. any case, it made me not want to smoke. and i'm not smoking and happy about the decision :D haven't had any cravings or withdrawl pains or any of that nonsense. i don't need them so i don't smoke them. win.

Nice man, keep it up. I smoke and I just don't have the patients to quit I would get pissed and rip some heads off.
