• Traction Optional Presents Drift & Drag II 8/3/08 @ MMP

I know we've been pretty quiet this year, but we now bring you another road course drift day. This event will be much like the event we had last September. Drifting and drag racing all at one event. It should make for a fun time, I know last year was a blast.

Event Details:

When: Sunday 8/3/08
Where: Memphis Motorsports Park 5500 Victory Lane
Memphis, TN 38053
Event type: All day practice

Schedule:
Gates Open: 7:00am (all drivers please arrive by 7am)
Track open: 8am-4pm
***SHOW UP EARLY OR ON TIME SO WE CAN BE ON TRACK BY 8AM***

Fees:
Drift Pre-registration $75 (must register by 7/31)
Drift Registration at gate $100
Entry fee includes one(1) "crew" member
Send all pre-reg by paypal to feluster2@yahoo.com
***40 DRIVER CAP***

Drag Racing Test & Tune $20 (all registration will be at the gate)
Spectators $10

Rules:

Our rulebook can be found here http://www.tractionoptional.com/site/do ... trules.pdf Please read over this so that you can be sure to pass tech. If you don't pass you will be asked to fix your problems before you can run. That means you will miss track time. Come prepared so you can get your money's worth out of the day.

Tandem:
Drivers with the proper credentials and safety equipment will be allowed to tandem. Send me a pm or e-mail feluster2@yahoo.com to see if you qualify.

Ill be there if I can homey. That saturday I work and I work that monday. So we would have to drive saturday afternoon and probably leave early from the event to make it back sunday night.. Ill see whats up homey.

not the fastest or most technical track in the world, but its alot of fun.
