• Cage w/ Door Bars and racing seats in S14

How hard is it for you to fit a cage in an S14? It feel like there is literally NO room between the door panel and the seat...

Struka, maybe you could provide some insight?

You remove the seat and install a vertical bar sticking straight up where the seat is and then accommodate the rest of the cage from there.

Make sure you use the correct diameter tubing or that cage will NOT be legal.

remove door panels and rest of trim. all the sudden you have plenty of room to put a cage in it.

I have no problem pulling the back seat and stuff...I'd just prefer to have as much interior as possible, seeing as it's still my DD.

agreed. unless youre doing a 4pt....

my cage was hard to fit in cause its really tight and sits high. a cage that is for a full interior will suck cause its going to be low with the roof.

i'm confused.

mine fits though. it's tight, i had to cut out part of the door panels.

I'm not going full 10-point. I was considering S&W's 8-point. The main hoop with supports inside and behind, and the door bars. No bars over the doors to break my head with...

Did you have that cage done custom Cody? Or did you buy a weld-in one?

mine's just an autopower 6 point with modified door bars
