SafeRacer

Has anyone here ever had a problem with SafeRacer? I ordered a pair of gloves (measured according to the chart on their website) and they were too small. So I got an RMA# and returned them. I sent them via USPS and they were delivered Monday August 4th, 2008 at 2:23 PM. Now, a week later, SafeRacer says they haven't received them. They seem very standoffish and unwilling to help me. And now I'm going to have to file a claim with the USPS. I really feel like I'm being jerked around. Is it really worth my time and $50 to file a claim with the USPS and wait god knows HOW long to get my money back, just so I can go order more gloves?

LOL. Maybe this is the USPS' fault. Apparently, they just came in today. Or maybe they got dick of me calling and bitching...and decided weaseling me out of $50 wasn't worth it...Who knows...

most companies like that aren't going to screw you over due to the fact that they would lose money if they got a bad reputation.. soooo don't jump to conclusions..

As far as I know, they're not THAT big of a company. And I mean I guess I just jumped to conclusions based on the only factual information I thought I had at the time: "Your item was delivered at 2:23 PM on August 4, 2008 in NEOSHO, MO 64850."

Maybe it was stupid of me to trust a government agency...lol.

Have you ever RMA'd an item? That's where I ran into a problem. They were great to order from. LOL. TBH, I think I'd still order from them in the future.

Good to know. I'm planning on buying a steering wheel from them I think. I want a suede one with the stripe on top to mark center.

i may have gotten my suit from them but it's been a while, i forget.
whoever it was did an ok job except for not telling me that they were out of the color i wanted, and i pretty much had to call and figure this out before they finally shipped it.
may not have been them though.
my post is useless.
