cause of death: blown headgasket
It was ugly. It was slow. But, damnit!....it had spunk. So, I'm sad to see it go.
yep....it's a sad day at Rhoad Racing and 507. Yesterday, on my way back from an auto salvage yard in Lithonia, the Prelude blew it's head gasket
and is currently residing at a Shell station on I-20. So once again....I have two cars and a bike that don't run.
Me and my dad haven't decided yet, but we'll probably buy a new head gasket and I'll install it. So if any of you pirates want free dinner I'll be happy to compensate. Or any advice with putting in a head gasket would be cool too.
As for the 240.....I called S&W auto salvage yesterday and found out that they had a new MAF. So I leave work early and head down there with money in hand and a smile on my face. But that didn't last long. Come to find out, when I get there the gentleman behind the desk informs me that they can't find it!!!!!
But they can mail it to me today and I'll receive it on Thursday.
It sucks, but since the Honda blew up, I don't really have a choice but to wait.
*the frustration continues!*
