yep, some TDI (turbo diesel/direct injection or so) don't know how much hp it makes …
as far as I know they have some extra weight on board because of the turbo – the rest of the field is N/A I guess
diesel race-cars are getting more and more popular here.
2008 at the 24hNürburgring Jörg Müller's Team got 13th (overall ranking) with their 320d (what is pretty impressive imho)
personally I don't like diesel engines because of the engine characteristic:
nothing, nothing, nothing TURBO AJAJAJA TQ TQ TQ AAAAHHH, nothing nothing nothing…

Its my favourite Racing series but i hate them diesel Seats... There is no reason why you should drive a diesel in a racecar... When they want to compete with their damn TDI they should built that in a tractor and go tractor pulling... Same in LeMans fuckin Audi/Peugeot Diesels...
If they allow Turbos in Diesel they should allow Turbos in Gasoline Cars... But then we have the problem that there is a huge battle of material so i think 2,0L N/A is a really good und traditional Racing series...
