i didn't get a chance to go check it out, anyone know what this thing is? obviously very fast, although the driver didn't seem to be working it too hard. had a nice throaty V8 in it, sounded tits.
honorable mention to this white Merc for sounding insane on the back straight. i think it's owned by the same dude who wrecked his GT3 out there last year. had to be knocking on 170mph on the back straight. nasty v8 sound, wish my shit could sound this good.

Looks to me like this bad boy:

not a cheap toy, but a very cool and nicely done one! My dad used to get Kit Car magazine when they still published it and this thing was in it all the time.

wow judging by the claimed power/weight on the board there he needs to hire a driver, lol. i have a sequence shot of a pretty basic E46 catching him under braking in t10. and he wasn't nearly on it going down the back straight with that kind of power, visually the Merc looked a bit faster.

Top speed based on estimated drag and horsepower, driver skill notwithstanding.

That car does look pretty awesome... but I guess driver has a lot to do with it..
A friend of mine is about to trade in his S2kCR and RS4 on a GT-R. He wants to do more track days soon.
If he does.. then I'll be able to share his GT-R. The maybe part is how much money I have for track days.
Depends on $$$ and how much I need to put into the S13.
