Montgomery is about 20 minutes from my hometown. My sister works there. I've never been to the motorsports park, but I went to the drag strip in Montgomery one night.

Lemme know if you need any info on the area. If I don't know it, i can sure find out.

Glad you came out of it ok, nobody, and didn't end up like me, with a bruised nose;) And accelerating out of the turn does straighten the car up, at least in my car it does. Especially on gravel roads.....turn into the curve with lower speed, feel the back end swing around, then on the gas and it ...

It's sort of a sports bar, sorta small place.....owned by the same people as North Highland Pub in Va. Highlands and Charlie G's 11th St. Pub in midtown. The patio is usually the best option, which may be out if the rain keeps up.

Twist is also an option, though i've never been there. Terra Grille ...

there is also Bucket Shop, which is right down the road from ruby tuesday on lenox. parking there isn't a problem; they have a parking garage. good place to eat/drink.

Yep, the Dragon was great. Hung out with a lot of people, some I had met before, others for the FOERST time. The guy I roomed with up there took both of the pictures above. That is Porter's SVX. thanks for the comments, wanted some more opinions to help me make up my mind. I liked the white, but it was too much by itself. Would need to be part of a package in order to pull it off. And everybody does black, so I decided to go with silver (for a while at least).
