I'm thinking about going with the ones from carparthookup on zilvia, they're like $340 a pair (plus $125 shipping) for Buddy club knock-off's: http://zilvia.net/f/group-buys/243333-b ... p-buy.html (didn't re-open the GB until the other day, details about that are on page 6 I think). Only downside to those is they won't be shipped until late May/June.

Waiting to hear back from the guy at Bride, if he can get me something sooner I'd be tempted to go that route if it's cheap enough.

Keep me posted on the Buddy Club prices too (and the wait time), I'd really love to have something in the car by the event in May. Thanks, yo!

PS, did you ever use my old sparco I sold you last year? If not (and if you still have it), I might be willing to buy it back for a passenger seat. If it is in use (or gone), no big deal, just thought I'd check.

i've been rocking my f1spec type 3 for about a year.

used the sidemounted brackets to bolt into my stock seat rail =p

no complaints here, holds me pretty well.

i'm not sure about different sizes. i don't think the different types have anything to do with size, just styles. but i guess certain styles may allow for larger peeps.
