It's going to be a li'l challenge to figure out the right way to hit the NITROOOO. I only really need it when I hit the 3rd and 4th clips coming out of the horseshoe and down the hill. I definitely canNOT hit it in 2nd or I will pop the motor. It has a full-throttle switch... so I'm thinking we should wire another switch in-line that I can hit to arm the system coming out of the horseshoe.

I like the idea of an rpm "window" switch but your idea to arm it when needed may be easier.

That's the tricky part to figure out. I definitely don't need it coming down into 10a. I was redlining 3rd gear on Tuesday. And with no real way to test it beforehand... I'm not sure what RPM window I would need it. Maybe low-mid range to get me back in the powerband?

You could just wire in a cut-off switch to the system power and put it somewhere easy to get to so once you hit the horseshoe or wherever you could flick it on... just an idea.

not a problem. it's normal to have an arming switch on it even with a full throttle activation switch. we'll just put it somewhere easy to switch halfway through the horseshoe.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. The horseshoe is one part of the track where shit slows down so I would have time to do shit... like pay my bills, put on makeup, and make phone calls... so that would work.

Make sure to have a big NAWS sticker with a huge arrow next to the little arming button.

You still going to look at Dave's idea of running a "window switch" so you don't chance killing the motor when you bounce off the rev limiter?
