seems to be in a good condition, over here most of the s13s are either very rusty or the engine is blown

Way less than 4Gs haha I'm not that baller.. It will be a semi daily drifter.. Who can weld a diff?

I would not do a welded diff in a street driven car. period.
Bikes, Meat, Drama, Meat, Gossip, Meat, Metal, Meat, Buttsex, Meat, Family and some Drifting.
