Like i sayd something got really fucked yesterday, i hope its only the clutch but it looks like the fly wheel just fell of... Funny ha....

Wow, if that's the case, you're damn lucky that R154 is pull-type an you had the bearing and the input shaft to keep things relatively in place. When the flywheel falls off of a push-type it can mean a hole in the side of your bellhousing. Seen it happen.
...Of course, I've also seen a Toyota crank snap at the rear main journal, so you've got just the flywheel spinning when the starter engages, so I'd still hope for a fallen-off flywheel.

It's tiled, thats one reason why i dont use a drain pan, also i where alone it didnt work with the pan...

The Oil came out of the bell housing i recognized to late, no chance to get it back so i just pulled it out...
