Atlanta Motor Speedway Tornado Damage

This happened while I was on the road... but I found some pictures of the destruction. I thought they were pretty crazy!

Damn, I saw a couple pics of the stands a couple weeks ago but didn't know really how bad they got hit. Thats some major repairs.

I heard 40m in damages. There were condos (? news to me... 4th pic I think) there that got destroyed. I guess that will cost a lot to fix. I dunno... 40m seems like a lot - but who knows.

I wonder if they'll still have Nopi Nationals in two months.

I've heard rumors that NOPI is still a go, but those are just rumors.

yea, i've heard everything is still on too. that damage sucks though, i'm really glad my dad's house made it alright since it's only like 2-3 miles away.

WOW! I'm glad your dad's house was okay too! I guess he's got a lot of foliage (trees more than bushes... hehe) to block him in case it got closer. I guess that could be either good or bad... I dunno.

no cody's dad's did get hit, the house is laying in the infield of AMS, look at the pictures again, you can see their parrot flying around and shiot.
