i can't blame you one bit for coming to that decision man. formula D has made it nearly impossible for anyone without big money backing to get in the door where before you went out there and proved your skill at the event and made it in. this year there will be more than enough seat time locally to keep us all busy and now you'll have more money for other fun stuff like blowing through massive amounts of rounds at the shooting range .
Thanks for all the kind words guys! It's remarkable how much I feel relieved of stress today now that I know I'm staying. I didn't realize what a burden I was carrying about all of it until that burden was gone.
I agree... I have hit a glass ceiling with the car. I have to work on getting some power under the hood and getting the suspension set up right. The sooner the better. The money saved from this trip will definitely help things. I know I can get that car to a true competitive level with a little time & effort (not to mention $$$).
I have to say another big reason I've decided to stay is all of you guys. The community here is SO strong, and being around everyone in one place yesterday... joking, laughing, drifting, and rawking out all day was where it's at... not driving all over the country by myself.
This year is going to be so damn rad... I can't wait for everything to start!
yea, its great just to hang out with everyone. thats why i wish i was closer to u guys. but yea, this year is gonna rock and hopefully i will be in ATL for all the events tryin to get better. hopefully i will see u at drift fury, which i plan on being.
