yea yea there is always a rumor that the ae86 is coming back, but this is the most comprehensive rumor ive seen!!!
new 120hp engine, new cheap rwd platform chassis (from subaru?!?), below 1000 kgs, $12300 coming out in 2008

Doubt it'll be less than 2200lbs if/when it hits the US shores. Should be intersting, but I double I'll be buying one. I prefer the raw feeling of the true AE86.
