Guitar Hero III owns my face

i will officially have no life from now on. GH3 on wii + internet = i'm a nerd.

i went and got it at midnite last nite. medium has been beat. hard has 2 songs left (slayer and metallica own my face). making my way up expert.

apparently i'm ranked 90 on the intarwebs, i have the 12th highest score on dragonforce. suck it.

dood i just got it today myself...never played b4 so i suck bad. i bought it for my 360 but could have for the wii? did i make the right choice?

i think at this point the only difference between the two is that the wii remote, since its inside the guitar, makes all the squlech sounds and vibrates. i don't really like the vibrate so much because it sounds just like my cell phone on vibrate and i keep thinking its my phone.

i know downloadable songs are definite for 360, but i'm not sure if i'll be able to on wii. also you can use the GH guitar for rock band (though rock band guitars don't work on GH), and right now rock band isn't set out to be on wii

if i had a 360 (or ps3) i probably would've bought it for that over the wii.

thanks for the info!!!! well i don't think rock band will take off like gh...i mean geezus that takes hella freakin effort and shit. i mean fuck if i had time to get together with people to play rock band...i think i would just really try to play in a band.

i'm still rank 90, but my dragonforce rank is now down to 29

both will probably keep going down as weeks go by. oh well, at least its fun to pwn people in the online battles.
