I'm thinking im leaning towards that .22 Walther P22 for my FOERST pistol though for the following reasons:
1) Easy to learn how to shoot. Im a shitty shot now, and i think it'd be easier for me to learn properly on a smaller caliber gun with less kick.
2) The ammo is facking CHEAP. like 12 bucks for 550rds lol. Because of this cheap ammo, i'll be able to shoot more often, and enjoy it more. (I wont be worrying about $ per rd, every time i pull the trigger....im a cheap bastard lol) And because i'll be able to shoot more often, i'll become a better shot quicker.
3) It looks badass, and feels great in my hand. :headbang
4) The gun itself can be acquired for under 300 bucks BRAND NEW. :thumbup
5) I wont be eligible for my CCW until September anyways, so im really not worried about "stopping power". I have my 12g pump for home defense.
Anyone see any holes in my theorys? When i turn 23 and get my CCW, i'm sure i'll look into a pistol with more "stopping power". XD40 or P229 or something similar
