i've ordered from them a few times and never had a problem, accept it took them like 2 days to figure out they were out of a certain color harness but they refunded my money no problem.

my mom ordered me a set of gloves from them and when i got them they were the wrong size. shipped em back and then sat around for like 2months before the proper sized gloves showed up, but saferacer.com was very helpful and even apologized for my size taking long due to backorder.
i will order from them again. sucks you order hasnt gone well at all it seems.

SafeRacer.com has officially done right by me.
They got my RMA processed on Monday and placed the order to Alpinestars. Today I called to get a Tracking Number, and the gloves I wanted (Alpinestars Tech 1-Ks in Black/Large) were on backorder. They said they'd switch the order to Tech 1-KVs (a $20 more expensive glove) if I wanted, and they'd take care of the difference. I thought that was pretty cool. Only real difference is a carbon fiber knuckle protector. Not really useful for drifting, but what the hell...I still get my gloves, lol.
