*.andysapp:com gallery

Well, today is my birthday... and in a nostalgic effort, I have taken a dive into my archives of photos and started pulling old pictures out of the darkness. I'm still digging through more disks than I can count, so I'll get more pictures up shortly. It's been fun remembering old times and being nostalgic. There's definitely some funny ol' pictures up in the mix.

I've been wanting to convert the driftMechaniks:com gallery section over to the Coppermine module... so I figured I'd give it a go on my own server. I was initially worried that using the same database for both the forum and the gallery could create table conflicts, and throw a wrench in the mix. With that in mind, I put things together on my server to test things out. Both systems seem to be functioning without issue... so eventually, I will get our gallery converted over.

In the meantime, enjoy the pictures, and the memories.
:)

That Coppermine module is pretty rad! You can post comments about pictures, it has a hit count on each one... it's pretty extensive! I haven't messed with it yet... but there's a way to post files - not just pictures.

Once you get your new server... you should definitely hook one up!
