86 300ZX Power Steering Leak

Post by sumn3r »

yeah i knew about this problem for a while, but it's gotten pretty major. i found out the tubing is almost 200 :( the place i went to always has what i'm looking for tho. the leak has gotten so bad that in one trip my power steering oil reservoir was almost empty. i gotta check it every time i go out for a drive now. any suggestions on places for tubing? it's hard to find in some stores cause they said it was metric. it's also hard to make it custom and for the same reason. the leak is pretty bad and it's the worst when i'm parking since i steer more then. any help is greatly appreciated, thanks for reading. for now i just keep 3 bottles of the oil in my car :(

most good automotive stores can have new lines made from high pressure line to the correct length and with the proper fittings for your car... and way less than $200.
