More Drift Fury Nashville talk...date discussion

Post by Tracy »

Ok. It looks like Nov 24th is going to be the only date I can work out for Nashville. Does anyone know of any other event that may conflict with that date. I can't afford to compete with another event. Please post up if you know of anything. I want to have this booked asap.

i dont think there is...i say just post it all over so no one takes those dates since you are the FOERST and you were kind enough to re-scheduale your event for the other events that were happening around the same time.

Only if you don't stay and help setup for the next day's auto-x  I'll do my damndest to be there. Maybe we'll setup an impromptu "Iron man" 2 day competition 8)
<12 -- We really don't know what it means either.

I wish it was this easy. I had the Sept 1st Nashville event on our schedule since January and it still happened.

I will book it tomorrow.

well then you should have said something to the other organizations, i dont think events should be on the same days because you dont want competition between the event holders but want to give more seat time. since you had it booked jan, you should have posted it earlier so everyone would know, maybe like a schedule for the whole year of the dates that you have planned/booked. waiting a month before or just a couple of weeks before the event wont do you any good since not everyone knows about.

But when they're booked 500+ miles from each other, I doubt that there would be problems filling up any of them.
