Like in the bottom corner of whichever thread you happen to be in. I'm clueless so for the people that know, how hard is that to do? My guess is that you basically can't do it with phpBB, right?

yeah "view posts since last visit" is what i have bookmarked everywhere and generally the fastest way to navigate dM. i just thought i'd throw it out there since i've seen it on other forums.

oh yeah. Sorba.org does that, but it's not a popup, it adds text the reply screen above the text box where you type your reply
