My buddy purchased a t28 from a Honda Shop in Florida, he had to change the angle of the coolant lines, but it held 15psi daily for a year with absolutely no problems. Probably pushed 260-270 reliably. More if you had 550s and a z32 maf. If you're interested I can get you the website, they go for about $300 bucks. Very cheap for the power they put out IMO.

Oh, and please tell me you have a Nissan so I didnt waste my time haha. GLWS.

Sorry, fresh out. A friend of mine just picked up a GT28R off ebay for $350. Maybe able to get luck there.
